Welcome everyone to another way that we are working to make communication with you better and more cohesive.  We want this to be a place that you can use as a resource for the benefits that are available as part of you being part of the Berg team.  We also are going to be using this as a place to send out updates since we are still having to follow COVID-19 protocols and cannot get together in large groups.  I want to reiterate how pleased I am with how we have handled challenging times that we are in and worked to improve the company as a whole.

Our new year started in October and we have new projects that are going to be starting here over the winter along with new additional snow contracts that weather dependent will keep us busy through the winter season.  We appreciate everyone’s patience as we continue to try new things both internally and externally as we are always working to be ahead of the curve so that we can be competitive in the market and keep growing as a company.
