As we leave2020 and begin a new year it is important to reflect on where we came from and where we are going. No doubt 2020 was a dumpster fire of a year to get through but we are about to embark on another year that we are blessed to have. While we will wake up and it will be a new day we have another opportunity to learn new things and be the best version of our selves. The challenges of the past year have made us stronger and while some of the things like Covid will follow us into the new year we can choose to look on the bright side that we have made it thus far and the only way through is forward. God promises that he won’t give us more than we can handle and this past year it seems like he was testing the limits of each of us but we made it so I am looking for some calmer waters to sail through in the new year.
The company had a tough year just like everyone else but we have a strong backlog of work going into the winter and early spring months and are working to add to it each day as you continue to chew through the work as the weather allows. We look forward to working together in 2021 and far into the future.
To the well seasoned team members try to teach or explain one thing a week to the younger team members on your crew so that they can continue to develop. To the younger or young at heart try to ask one question or identify something new each week from someone else on your crew. Every new thing that we learn is part of our growth as a person and helps to build a stronger crew and team as a whole
